“Before we had collective bargaining rights, we had no say over how we can best deliver the services we provide.

“We are the voices for the kids of Adams County who we serve.

“24 hours a day, seven days a week, pandemic or no pandemic, we are in foster homes seeing our families, making sure the kids that we work with are safe. We know how to best deliver public services -- which is why we need a seat at the table.
